In short

  • Coffee Pass payments are final and non-refundable. Please try the free practice tests first and buy only when you are sure.
  • It is one payment for 12 months – not a subscription. It never renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.
  • Charged twice or charged without getting access? That is a payment error – we always put it right.

1. What you pay for

The Coffee Pass opens every members-only course on xOps School – recorded sessions, quizzes, assignments and certificates – for 12 months from the day of payment. Access starts the moment your payment is confirmed. The price is shown per month but paid once for the whole period.

2. No refunds

Because the whole library opens immediately after payment, we do not offer refunds – not for unused time, a change of mind, or a pass you no longer need. Before buying you can see exactly what you get: certification practice tests and The Ops Atlas are free for everyone, and every course page lists its videos, assignments and quizzes.

3. No automatic renewal, nothing to cancel

We never charge you again without your action. Before your pass ends we remind you by email; if you do not buy again, the pass simply ends on its end date. Your progress, results and certificates stay in your account either way.

4. Payment errors – always corrected

If you were charged twice, charged an amount different from the price shown, or charged without getting access, write to contact@xopsschool.com with your receipt number (it starts with XSR/) or the PayPal transaction ID. We fix the access or refund the wrong charge to the original payment method, and email you a numbered credit note (it starts with XSC/); it is also listed on My Coffee Pass. PayPal usually shows a refund within a few days.

5. Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any right that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.

6. Free passes

Passes given without payment – for example to L&D / HR partners of a training batch, early members or by the xOps School team – involve no charge, so there is nothing to refund.
