In short

  • Your account is personal – one person, one account. Do not share it.
  • The Coffee Pass is one payment for 12 months, never renews by itself and is non-refundable.
  • The courses are for your own learning – please do not copy or re-share videos, quizzes or materials.

1. Who we are

xOps School (www.xopsschool.com) is run by DevOpsSchool Private Limited. By creating an account or using the site you accept these terms.

2. Your account

  • You sign in with Google, or – for L&D / HR partner accounts – with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe.
  • One account per person. Do not let anyone else use your account, and give correct details (your real name appears on certificates).
  • We may suspend an account that is shared, misused or used to cheat.

3. Free and paid access

  • Free for everyone: certification practice tests and The Ops Atlas.
  • The Coffee Pass opens every members-only course for 12 months from payment. It is personal and cannot be transferred. It does not renew automatically.
  • Payments are final and non-refundable, except for payment errors – see the refund and cancellation policy.
  • Students of an instructor-led batch get access to their batch's courses for the period set by their trainer.

4. Using the content

Videos, quizzes, assignments, notes and certificates are provided for your personal learning. Please do not download, record, republish, sell or share them, and do not share quiz questions or answers. Courses may be updated, reorganised or retired over time.

5. Certificates

  • A certificate is issued when you meet its requirement – for example 70% in a track quiz, or completion of a batch confirmed by the trainer.
  • Every certificate has a public verification page that shows the holder's name, the course and the date; anyone with its ID can check it at xopsschool.com/verify.
  • We may withdraw a certificate obtained by cheating or with false details.

6. Batches, trainers and L&D / HR partners

If you study in a batch, your trainer and your batch's L&D / HR contact can see your progress, test results and certificates (the L&D / HR contact never sees your phone number or date of birth). See the privacy policy.

7. Availability

We work to keep xOps School available and correct, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. The site is provided for education; use what you learn at your own judgement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
